Do Not have the right to mint/sell my commissions for NFT.
Turn around time is typically one (1) week for static commissions and up to five (5) weeks or more for animated commissions.
Please do not attempt to rush a deadline. If you need the digital art by a deadline, then please consult with me prior to purchasing the digital goods.
You must provide a clean and clear reference.
I have the rights to decline any commission for any reason I see fit.
My work schedule is structured and orderly, subject to change to meet my deadlines and if something comes up and requires my attention away from working on digital art.
Do Not purchase any goods from me if you are on my blacklist.
Do Not purchase any goods from me if you are purchasing to gift to anyone on my blacklist.
Failure to pay for a commission slot within a 48 hour time-frame will make your slot void, and will be given to the next client.

You may create a real world tangible product(s) (fursuit/plush toy) of my design, for personal use only, unless otherwise consulted and discussed.
You may not resell any digital art and/or designs created by me, for you.
You may not, in any way, prosper financially using digital art and/or designs created by me, for you.

You may not use my digital art and/or designs for any malicious activity or financial gain.
My designs must remain on TOYHOU.SE and credited to KWAITO unless otherwise state by my, specifically, and in formal writing.
Do not buy my designs to resell as is for a higher price. You must incorporate your own art to my designs.

By paying the invoice, you confirm that you are the cardholder and you have authorized the payment.
Any attempt to charge-back the payment will be void by agreement of the Terms of Service. If a charge-back is attempted, then this will be handled legally in the court of law in the State of New York under local governing laws.
